Mentor Screening Process

Technical Expertise Evaluation

We evaluate a candidate's professional and educational qualifications, and evidence of technical competence verifiable through portfolios and published work.

Video Interview Phase

Candidates who make it past the technical expertise evaluation are subjected to a video interview where our teams assess their empathy, communication skills, and passion for their field.

Welcome on Board

Successful candidates are provided with materials to enhance their mentorship and coaching skills as they are welcomed onboard the PlumlogixU family of mentors.

Student Assignment

Once you are admitted into the PlumlogixU family, you are assigned a student (s) based on profile assessment, needs of the student and a mentor's areas of expertise.
